Harry

Harry Edward Styles - also called Harry Styles - is a British musician and composer. Harry Styles has been recognized for his compositions for the One Direction band. He was born in Holmes Chapel (Cheshire), England the 1st of February, 1994. He is the son of Des Styles, and Anne Cox. Harry Styles was a student at Holmes Chapel Comprehensive School where as well as three of his classmates He formed his own band called White Eskimo. They were the winners of the Battle of Bands in 2009, thanks to their outstanding results. Even though he had always had an interest in the music world but despite his enthusiasm for it he wanted also to pursue a career as a lawyer and an physiotherapist. Working part-time in a local bakery was his first job to earn money for the family. For the year 2010 Harry Styles presented audition for The X Factor where he sang Is not She Lovely by Stevie Wonder and was selected. That's why his group broke up. Following the audition on The X Factor the jury Nicole Scherzinger suggested that Harry Styles would be a part of the group that was to be dubbed One Direction along with Liam Payne Zayn Malik Niall Horan and Louis Tomlinson. Simon Cowell sponsored five teenagers to create the group in 2010. The group performed hits like My Life Would Suffer Without You, by Kelly Clarkson, and Total Eclipse of the Heart, by Bonnie Tyler during the competition. This made the group one of the candidates to win the award. But they finished in third place behind Rebecca Ferguson and winner Matt Cardle. Harry Styles' group didn't place, but Cowell did pay two million dollars for One Direction for them to make a deal with Syco.
